Electronic Word Order Instructions

Please use Internet Explorer to FTP files.

First Time Users

• Read and/or print these instructions for downloading and installing the Heidelberg Digimaster 9110 drivers.
• To determine which version of Windows is running on your PC, right click on the "My Computer" icon, and select "Properties" from the menu. The Windows version is displayed under the heading "System:"
• Download the necessary PostScript drivers for the Heidelberg Digimaster 9110:
  • For Windows XP
  • For Windows NT/2000
  • For Windows 95/98/ME
  • For Macintosh

1. Click on the link to the Electronic Work Order.
2. Fill out the request with all of the necessary information to complete the job.
3. When ready to send the request, go to the bottom of the request and click the “Send” button. This places the electronic order.
4. A confirmation page will appear with your selections.
5. Verify the information in the confirmation. At the top of the confirmation page is a link to the ftp folder, "Click Here to send the file to the FTP Server”. Click on it.
6. A window will appear and prompt the customer for their User Name and Password. Enter the data and click Ok.
7. Copy & Paste. Go into the file folder and left click to highlight the file that is to be sent to Maxi. “Copy” the file and then go into the ftp folder and “Paste” the file into the folder.
8. Close the ftp folder. That’s it.
