Our equipment can reproduce your hard copy originals with a 300 dpi resolution or print your electronic files with a 600 dpi resolution at the rate of 110 copies per minute.

Paper Styles, weights and colors
We have various colors of papers, and weights. They are 20lb, 24lb, 60lb, 70lb text and 65lb card stock. We also have three sizes of papers, 8 ½ x 11, 8 ½ x 14 and 11 x 17. For a sample book of all possible selections, please call 812-855-2727 or e-mail maxi@indiana.edu

Finishing Services
In addition to the bindery services (tape, spiral and spin) we also offer an array of finishing services.

Booklet- Pages fold in half and are stapled on the fold crease to make an attractive book.
Drilling of your document, just specify how you wish it set up for your ring binder.
Inserting of special forms or pages into the packet you wish created.
Folding- We receive various requests to fold a document in half, or in thirds. We accommodate the fold required to fit your particular needs.
Stapling of documents per your specifications. Some ask for a single left upper corner staple, while others need two or three on the left border of the document.
Tabbing for mailing- We will tab your finished product for mailing. We ask that you refer to the US and Campus Postal requirements for proper preparation of materials for mailing before requesting that they be tabbed. (It could save you some postage).
